Vintage Panasonic RX-DT707 Portable Stereo Radio CD Player Cassette Boom Box

Panasonic RX-DT707 Portable Stereo Radio CD player. With power cord and original remote. Tested, most functions work as they should, one does not. Radio and CD player work great, no issues. I’ve owned this since new and have used it semi regularly during. I’ve let it set for as long as 5-6 years at different. Points and it always manages to fire back up. Top motorized panel opens and shuts smoothly on its own, as it should. Tape deck #1 works fine, deck #2 recently stopped playing. The motor still engages and spools attempt to turn but stop on. Their own for some reason. There are some dents in the speaker grills and one of the retaining. Clips for the antenna is missing. Some paint rubbed onto the back corner. Of the unit, battery compartment is nice and clean, no corrosion. Roughly 28″ long, 7.5″ tall, 9 deep. Will be carefully packed to reduce chance of damage. ALthough having a few cosmetic issues this thing sounds great. Recording, Inputs , CD, Playback Radio all tested. The issue with the flip top is to open and close for use should be no problem. Its when I did a repeating test it failed to close after around ten times. I think it just needs a clean é lube. The speakers had quite a few dust bunnies and so when I blew them out with compressed air this also in effect tested the integrity of the foam. They held up well and they did not disintegrate like others I have had. Check the pictures ask for more if needed. Oversized box with bubble and floating in peanuts. Just an FYI for buyers. It is really starting to add up. These I really have no control over. Just ask I have no problem with it. If it is a dollar or so more to go priority I will usually pay it myself to keep my customers happy. If cost is too high it is not because of anything I have control over. Unfortunately I have job commitments and family commitments and it is a 1 hour drive to do my mailing. If up to 5 days is too long and you wish to express your views please express them by not purchasing the item. So please, if there is an issue let me know how I can fix it.
