Deck 1 and Deck 2 plays tapes smoothly but can’t Fast forward or Rewind tapes. This should be an easy fix since both decks play tapes. Only issue is fast forwards and rewinds don’t work. Everything else works and is in good condition. Listed for cheap AS IS for parts or repair.
