The boombox does have discoloration from age. The tape deck does have distortion, which indicates the bands will need to be changed out at some point – play, fast forward, rewind all work. Other than that, the boombox is in great shape and sounds phenomenal. It does not come with a remote. Powercord is included (can also be used with batteries).
