The CD player, both tape decks, all the functions that it has are OPERATIONAL! It has all been TESTED. I played tapes for extended periods to make sure there was no slow down. The CD plays and all the buttons work. The displays all work. The battery compartment is CLEAN and the connections, including the springs, appear to be copper. Antenna in original condition. This is a beautiful, fully working, clean stereo boombox. It shines and has NO DAMAGE OR SCRATCHES. It will also be insured at my expense. Copy of the Operating Instructions included. Memory Preset Tuning – 20 stations. High Quality Sound – featuring SONY MEGA BASS. High Performance, High Fidelity CD Player (play 3 MiniDisc without an adaptor, synchronized CD recording, automatic editing function). Digital Clock Timer (listen to CD or tape at preset time).
