Or with a power supply, “not included” But does come with the batteries that are new. You can hook up most anything to the speakers, such as your smartphone or Mp3 player. The speakers have a bass boost push button, as does the CD player. All items are working condition. If you use a power supply for the speakers you need one for each speaker, The speakers shut off if there is no signal. I liked the battery option as less cords. Ask any questions you might have.
